Returns Policy
1.Cancel or Change an Order
You may cancel or change your order before it has been produced or shipped. Once an order is packed or shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
⚠️ Customized jerseys (with custom names/numbers) cannot be cancelled or changed once the order is placed. Please double-check your customization before payment.
2. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us with:

The reason for return
Relevant photos or videos, if applicable
We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (including any accessories, manuals, and documents).
Items that are stained, damaged, folded, unsealed, or missing parts will not be accepted.
Customized products (with customer-selected name/number) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
Items returned without proof of purchase or prior authorization may be refused.

In some cases, photo or video proof is required before approval of refund or exchange.
6. How Long Does the Return Process Take?

Full refunds will be issued for defective items.
